    • HP Propery Stevens Creek Blvd & Finch Ave.
    • 400 residential units and possibly doubling in size
    • 100,000 Sq. Ft. Retail
    • Close Finch Avenue and give to the developer in exchange for park land, eliminating key traffic arteries while adding higher density housing in Vallco
    • EIR states that the infrastructure is not in place to provide for this large development
  2. The Parks At Monta Vista Formerly Bungalow Courts (Measurex Site)
    • Corner of Bubb Rd & McClellan Rd.
    • 94 Single Family Homes 2200/2400/2600 sf with developer underestimating number of students in development at total of 61
    • Large traffic impact on Imperial, Bubb, & McClellan
    • Adds more students to Lincoln, Regnart, Kennedy, and Monta Vista possibly diminishing the variety of classes offered.
  3. Cupertino Marketplace
    • Stevens Creek Blvd. & Portal Ave.
    • Exemplifies city's intent on moving retail to street front to be replaced by high density housing with inadequate parking
